18.2 payed the amount with my credit card..thanks for paying bla..bla but we want proof that u are the cardholder..so i send a photo hiding the first 12 numbers.
19.2 thank u we accepted the proof ...IMEI submitted to unlock server timeframe (24h)
20.2 .....late afternoon mail from me:guys any news from bell?
21.2.....answer: let the time quoted pass be patient. 22.2 23.2 weekend

unlock processed today 132/to date bla bla i saw below bell canada i phone 5 factory unlocked (wonder hahaha fake but lets connect it to i tunes to check)

23.2 EVEN TODAY MY ORDER STATUS LOOKS THE SAME AND THEY DIDN'T SENT ME MAIL.

3GS UNLOCKED!
Ok so i paid the prepay, then i was given a price of £60 including the prepay, so another £40 to unlock which i knew was about right for AT&T. Unlock status given as
2 - 7 days. After 4 days and still no unlock status changed to 2 - 10 days. After the 7th day i was beginning to think unlock was not going well. On the 8th day at 8:30am e-mail to say "You're iphone is now unlocked"!!! So all credit to this company, job done,nice 1, cheers.

As close to a scam as the law allows
A few months ago I wanted my phone unlocked from Softbank Japan. Imagine how pleased I was to see that for £19.99 these people would unlock it. I carefully checked especially where it said no quibble money back guarantee. I paid my money and waited. Two days passed and after more than two weeks I still hadn't heard. Despite multiple email nothing. After a few weeks I got a message to say that they were waiting to try a new unlocking service. Then they informed me it would cost another £134.99. Hmm, didn't mention that originally. So I though I'd ask for my money back. Requested a refund (after all they offer a money back guarantee). After a few days of no response I was told that I paid £19.99 as a 'pre-order' and this wasn't refundable. So - I would describe this as being very close to being a scam.

As you have outlined yourself above you purchased a pre-order not an unlock and on the FAQ page it does clearly state what a pre-order is.
Prices are not set by ourselves they are set by the carrier.

I was really concerned because it took a little longer than it should ( 1 day and half) but gladly IT WORKED!!! My iphone 5S is UNLOCKED. THANKS GUYS. I`m brazilian.
